Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
Read this before you send any SOL.
- • Your SOL is held in a wallet controlled by Seedit, not by you, until the presale settles.
- • Most memecoins go to zero. Expect to lose everything you contribute.
- • Send only from a wallet you control. Never from an exchange.
- • This is not an investment, a security offering, or financial advice.
1. What this service is
Seedit (“the Service”) is a tool that pools SOL contributions into a dedicated escrow wallet and, when a fixed target is reached, creates a token on pump.fun, purchases its bonding curve, and distributes the resulting tokens to contributors in proportion to what they contributed.
The Service is software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, fund, or issuer. It does not evaluate, endorse, verify or vet any listing, any listing creator, or any token created through it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service where you live. You must not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where participating in token presales is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.
3. Custody and the escrow wallet
Contributions are custodial. Each listing has an escrow wallet whose private key is derived and held by the operator of the Service. While a presale is funding, your contributed SOL is controlled by the operator and not by you. You are trusting the operator not to misuse it.
The escrow address for every listing is published on its page, and every deposit, payout and refund is a public on-chain transaction that anyone can verify. This makes misuse visible. It does not make it impossible.
4. Contributions
- The raise target is fixed at
86.31 SOLfor every listing — the amount required to clear pump.fun's bonding curve (85.855 SOL) plus launch costs. It is not set by listing creators. - A portion of each contribution (
0.00205 SOL) is used to create the token account your tokens are paid into. It is not counted toward the raise. - Contributions below the listing minimum, above the per-wallet cap, or in excess of the remaining target are not accepted and are returned to the sending wallet.
- Tokens and refunds are sent to the wallet the contribution was sent from. If you contribute from an address you do not control — an exchange deposit address, a custodial account, a contract — you may permanently lose both your tokens and your refund. The Service flags deposits it cannot safely attribute, but cannot recover them for you.
- Contributions are final once broadcast. There is no cancellation.
5. Launch and distribution
When a listing reaches its target, the Service attempts to create the token and buy the curve. Token allocations are calculated pro-rata on accepted SOL, fixed before the first payout, and rounded down to whole token units.
The Service does not guarantee that any launch will succeed, that a token will bond or migrate, that distribution will complete within any particular time, or that a token will have any value or liquidity after launch. Network congestion, RPC failures, third-party outages (including pump.fun and PumpPortal) and on-chain errors can delay or prevent any step.
6. Refunds
If a listing does not reach its target before its deadline, or a launch is abandoned before any token is minted, contributions are returned to their source wallets. Network fees are deducted from refunds, because the escrow wallet holds exactly what was contributed and nothing more. If the escrow wallet is short for any reason, refunds are reduced proportionally so that all contributors take the same percentage loss.
No refund is available once a token has been minted. At that point the SOL has been spent on the bonding curve and your position is the token itself, whatever it is then worth.
7. Fees
Creating a listing is free. The Service may retain a percentage of the token supply of each launch, and a listing creator may receive a percentage of supply; both figures are shown on each listing page before you contribute. pump.fun charges its own trading fee, which is included in the target calculation.
8. No guarantees, and the risks you accept
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:
- You may lose 100% of what you contribute, and this is the most likely outcome.
- Presale contributors are the entire initial float of a bonded coin, purchased at the top of the curve. If contributors sell into the migration, the price can collapse within minutes.
- Listing creators are anonymous and may abandon a project immediately after launch.
- Per-wallet caps limit wallets, not people. One person operating many wallets can take a large share of any presale.
- Smart contracts, third-party services and this software may contain bugs that cause loss of funds.
- The value of any token created through the Service is entirely speculative.
9. Your responsibilities
- Securing your own wallet and private keys. The Service can never recover them.
- Verifying the escrow address on the listing page before sending, and every listing's terms.
- Any taxes arising from your use of the Service.
- Not using the Service to launder money, to defraud others, to infringe intellectual property, or to impersonate any person, project or brand.
10. Listing creator obligations
If you create a listing you confirm that you own or have the right to use the name, ticker, image and description you submit, and that they are not intended to impersonate or mislead. The Service may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including before a raise completes — in which case contributions are refunded under section 6.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss of funds, profits, tokens or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from your use of the Service — including losses caused by software defects, third-party outages, network failures, or the conduct of listing creators or other users.
12. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated at any time; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance. The Service may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
13. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a recommendation of any token. Do your own research and only risk what you can afford to lose entirely.
